A Bit About Me
Hi, I’m Michelle, a qualified Nutrition and Health Coach with a deep focus on mindset transformation.
After nearly 30 years of navigating mental health challenges, I turned to tools like mindfulness, meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), CBT and journaling to completely reshape my mindset and my life. Inspired by this journey, I created a collection of notebooks and journals, now available on Amazon, to help others cultivate positive mental health.

Michelle McGowan Wellness was founded from my personal struggles with mental health, including a difficult relationship with food and experiences with binge eating and bulimia. Healing my relationship with food and rediscovering self-love became the foundation of my wellness journey.

I am passionate about helping you transform your relationship with food, reduce stress, cultivate self-compassion, enhance digestion, and boost your energy levels. While change takes time and effort, the rewards are life-changing.

I host workshops on crystal healing, nutrition, self-compassion, mindfulness, meditation, and EFT (tapping), offering practical tools to support your holistic well-being. ​
