I am here to support you to make changes to your diet and lifestyle to improve your health and wellbeing.

I offer one-to-one online coaching as well as in person and online group sessions.

One-To-One Online Sessions

These sessions usually take place over Zoom or other video conferencing software.

​

4 Session Package - £250

  • Session 1 - Initial assessment and information gathering (approx 1.5 - 2 hours)

  • Session 2 - Working together to create your action plan (approx 1 - 1.5 hours, usually takes place approx 1 week after session 1)

  • Session 3 - First follow up (approx 45 minutes - 1 hour - usually takes place approx 4 weeks after session 2)

  • Session 4 - Second follow up (approx 45 minutes - 1 hour - usually takes place approx 4 weeks after session 3)

After sessions 2, 3 and 4 you will receive an email detailing your action plan along with any resources. You will also receive fortnightly 'check in' emails in between sessions 2, 3 and 4 to ensure you have everything you need to work towards achieving your goals.

Michelle is a great listener, and also very intuitive at the times I was sharing some issues regarding my current emotions and open to her guidance. We did a future session also and I had an amazing result the next day that I shared with Michelle via email...It was great to know that I could reach out to her, and she was just as excited for me about my news as I was!
