Write down why your goal is important to you, to motivate you to stick to it. If you need to make big changes, write down your overall goal and then break it down into smaller sections with a realistic timeframe so it is achievable.

If, after starting to work on a goal, you realise it needs to be broken down further, don’t give up, just make the necessary changes and start afresh. Hold yourself accountable and and note each day that you action your goal. If you are not able to follow your plan on some days, don’t worry, it takes practice but if you persevere you can and will achieve your goals.
