Start by setting your goals and focusing on your vision for specific areas of your life. Write down your morning routine.

Each morning, set your daily intention and think about the things you are grateful for. Fit time into your day for self care and decide on your positive affirmation to inspire you throughout the day. Use the to do list to prioritise your tasks for each day.

Each evening find some time to reflect on your day. Think about what went well, anything that inspired you, positive things that happened. Make a note of whether or not you achieved your goal, if you weren't able to, identify the reason why. Think about what you could change to make it more achievable. Brain dump anything else that is going on in your head, including any worries you may have.

At the end of each 4 week period, reflect on your goal and how you got on. Reflect on what you have learnt during this period.
