Relax and unwind with this meditation. This Meditation is approximate 10 minutes long.
3. The Future You
Connect with the future version of yourself with this meditation. Visualise the future you, how you look and feel, and bring back any insights from this future version of yourself, knowing you already have everything you need to make this future version of you a reality. This meditation is approximately 10 minutes long.
