What is Root Cause Therapy (RCT)
Root-Cause Therapy is a trauma healing method which uses regression to allow the completion of unprocessed emotions which are still presently causing unwanted thoughts, behaviors and symptoms.
In RCT the aim is to get to the root cause of your issues, any current presenting issues like depression, anxiety, or any negative habits that can be affecting certain areas of you life.

We can have a lot of baggage and negative self-talk and negative emotions built up from the past and when we attempt to be alone and have time to ourselves or perhaps attempt to meditate it’s really hard to sit with ourselves because we are experiencing our unconscious mind throwing past events at us, talking to us negatively.
All of these issues rise up in us and we don’t want to feel pain, so we will do or take anything that works personally for us to avoid it or be distracted from it. This can lead to creating negative habits, binge eating for example, that may initially distract you from your current reality but ultimately has an overall negative effect on your emotional and physical health.
The painful issue is momentarily covered up while you engage in this behaviour, but when you stop, the issues you are trying to bury, rise up again and you find yourself back where you started. It is a vicious cycle.
What root cause therapy aims to do is to release and heal these issues, to help you to release the need for any negative habits that have been created as a result. A lot of the session is about emotional intelligence and helping you to understand how your emotions work, which ones are coming up, how to deal with them, as well as healing your past and your future.
Each session with is structured in such a way as to help prioritise and work through life-long symptoms and past hurts in a gentle yet thorough way..
