Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping is a self-help tool which, when used regularly, can help adults, children and young people to regulate emotions and develop emotional intelligence.

Tapping is non-invasive and easy to learn. It can be adapted to any situation.

1-1 online tapping sessions are now available. Sessions will take place over Zoom. During this session we will address a specific issue you have currently. After the session you will receive resources via email that will enable you to continue using tapping yourself. You can also book additional sessions (at least a week apart to allow your body to process each session) if you feel that you need more than one session. Book your tapping session here.

The Tapping Bundle will be available soon. Here you will find videos and tapping scripts to help you to learn to use this technique for yourself. Please note that scripts are just a guide, everyone is different and unless you use wording specifically to address your own issues, they may not have the desired effect on the issue you are trying to resolve. Tapping works best when you use your own words to describe your emotions and what is going on with you personally, to help overcome any issues you may have.
