Journaling has many therapeutic benefits. It is a great way to offload your feelings and also to learn about yourself. You can use journaling to organise your thoughts, practice gratitude and to reflect on your emotions or behaviour in a certain situation, amongst many other things.

I have designed this Wellness Journal to be used daily if possible. The pages are not named or dated so you can start it whenever you want. If you want to take a break from it at any point, that's fine, just go back to it whenever you are ready.
The first few pages will explain how to complete the journal. Each 4 week period will start in the same way. After initially creating your vision board and deciding on your goals, you will have a two page spread for each day, 'Morning Notes' which is best completed before you start your day, and 'Time for Reflection' which is best completed at the end of your day. At the end of each 4 week period you will be asked to reflect on your goal and also to reflect on the last 4 weeks overall. I have included extra dotted pages to be used however you choose.
